Shipping & Returns
We know you're eager to start your healing journey, so we offer fast, reliable shipping on all orders. Most items ship within 1-3 business days through USPS with ground at a flat rate of $7 for shipping costs. Costs will be adjusted for bigger pieces. Depending on where you are located, you can expect to receive your package in 5-7 business days from the moment of shipping. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number as soon as it’s dropped to USPS/Fedex/UPS.
A lot of our products are delicate pieces and are wrapped and dropped off at the shipping company with the intention that it arrives to you in perfect condition. In the case of a product being damaged during transport to you, we offer the following options:
1. You can return damaged goods for a full refund on that product
2. You can return damaged goods for a new product of equal value or the same product if it is available
3. You can keep the damaged product and receive a credit for half the price of your damaged piece
